Acoustic glass

Made up of layers of laminated glass, this glazing is designed to dampen sound and reduce overall noise levels. Acoustic glass provides a significant amount of soundproofing, and is more effective than standard double or even triple glazing. These properties make it ideal for open plan offices, meeting rooms or even busy premises such as airports.

Laminated glass

Laminated glass is constructed of two plies of glass which are bonded together. This makes it incredibly strong, difficult to break and also means it won’t shatter in the same way a normal pane of glass will. Laminated glass can be used for a wide range of applications including smaller structural elements, display cases and counters. If you’re not sure which type of toughened glass would be best, ask one of our experts.
